Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher's fighting was 'intense,' says source

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher announced their split on Thursday, but tensions have been building for some time.
"Ashton is unhappy; [Demi]'s unhappy," a source tells PEOPLE. "It just got to a point where they had to end it."
Despite longtime problems, the exes did try to work on their relationship. Unfortunately, their issues -- which went beyond Kutcher's alleged infidelities -- couldn't be resolved.
"The fighting could get pretty intense," an additional source says of Kutcher, 33, and Moore, 49. "Whatever counseling they did was fine for a quick fix but could not get to the heart of the problem."

Robert Pattinson's thinking about retiring early

Robert Pattinson's thinking about retiring early

Although the "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part I" is only the next to last film in the franchise, its stars already have their thoughts occupied with future plans. After all, they're officially done filming for the entire series, which means it's now time to think about post-"Twilight" life.
And if you're Robert Pattinson, you start to wonder if post-"Twi" life will mean never working again.
"Oh yeah, I think about it everyday…retiring early [that is]!" he revealed to CNN at Monday's L.A. premiere of "Breaking Dawn."
His co-star Ashley Greene, however, is more optimistic. “Right now I feel like I'm just getting started," she said. "And I'm not stopping anytime soon. I think I would go crazy if I wasn't working this much.”
Meanwhile, "Twilight" star Kristen Stewart - who eventually had to stroll the red carpet in her sneakers because she'd injured her foot - acknowledged that no matter what trajectory her career takes, it's doubtful she'll ever escape the adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's blockbuster books.
"I feel like it's very complete and so I am happy to walk away," Stewart said, "but I'm probably going to have to talk about it for the rest of my life."

Who Should Be Lady Gaga's Next Choreographer?

“Breaking up is hard to do,” sang Neil Sadaka, and Lady Gaga certainly can understand the sentiment. After all, she’s endured a long and tumultuous on-and-off relationship with ex-boyfriend Luc Carl, muse for “You and I,” who she reportedly broke up with for the second time just a couple of months ago. While Gaga the New York City girl may find ending a relationship difficult, Gaga the business mogul, however, seems much more decisive. After a series of clashes over differing visions on a number of projects, Gaga has decided to cut ties with her long-time collaborator, creative director and choreographer Laurieann Gibson.
Gibson, as Little Monsters are well aware, choreographed the iconic dance moves for “Bad Romance” and other Gaga classics like “Telephone” and “Born This Way,” so her absence will definitely be felt in the Haus of Gaga. Not that Gaga is worrying right now, of course. With her status as pop music’s reigning princess, Gaga must have a line of choreographers eager to work with her. But who will be able to mesh with Mama Monster’s creative vision and raise her choreography game to the next level?
We think these five top-notch choreographers will be able to create some magic with the superstar.
Wade Robson
He’s only 29 years old, but Wade Robson has been a top choreographer since he was a teenager, having begun his career coming up with moves for budding superstars Britney Spears and NSYNC. Robson, who had his own show on MTV called "The Wade Robson Project," is known for creating sexy-yet-challenging choreography, as exemplified by his stunning work for Britney’s “I’m a Slave 4 U” video, still the gold standard for female pop choreography this millennium in my humble opinion. Gaga’s alleged new man, "Vampire Diaries" star Taylor Kinney might have to watch out if Gaga does hire Robson though. It was rumored that Justin Timberlake broke up with Britney in 2002 because Britney had gotten together with Robson.
Jamie King
Michael Jackson, Madonna, Prince, Britney, Rihanna, Mariah Carey, Elton John … the list goes on and on – If Gaga wants the best talent, then King, who's worked with just about every A-list pop star on the planet, is the man for her. Not only is King an amazing choreographer, the 39-year-old is also the go-to man in the industry for coming up with amazing tour concepts. King was the director of Madonna’s “Drowned World,” “Confessions” and “Sticky and Sweet” tours, Britney’s “Oops!... I Did It Again,” “Circus” and “Femme Fatale” tours and Rihanna’s “Last Girl on Earth” and “Loud” tours. If anyone can ensure the “Born This Way Ball" tops the “Monster Ball," King can.
Jonte Moaning
With her over-the-top and out-of-this-world make-up and outfits, Gaga certainly embraces drag queen chic, so she’ll definitely get along famously if she hires the up-and-coming Jonte Moaning. Besides having worked with Beyonce, Janet Jackson, Kelis and Mya, the choreographer also moonlights as drag queen extraordinaire Jonte, and even has his own TV show in Japan. Jonte straddles the Asian and American dance scenes so well that Korean super group Wonder Girls has also enlisted his choreographic services. If Gaga wants some Asian or drag flavor to her moves, Jonte would be a great addition to the Haus.
Frank Gatson Jr.
By now, everyone with a YouTube account has probably uploaded a parody of Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” music video. Such is the power of the video’s simple-yet-mesmerizing dance moves that it has become a pop culture landmark, destined to be recreated in romantic comedies for the next decade, ala “Thriller.” And the man who created those moves? Frank Gatson Jr. (He's crafted Beyonce’s unique brand of sexy hip gyration in a number of other clips as well.) Gatson Jr. would surely be able to bring some sensuality to Gaga’s dance repertoire, but the question is: Would Gaga accept possibly not being the No.1 priority of Gatson Jr., whose loyalties surely lie with Beyonce?
Paula Abdul/Brian Friedman
Brian Friedman has become a household name in America after appearing as a judge on “So You Think You Can Dance,” while Paula Abdul is of course renowned for her dancing prowess. But why the two of them together? Well, considering the prodigious rate the hardworking Gaga’s churning out music videos (that are almost short film-like in length), perhaps two heads are better than one for a steady stream of new ideas. And Paula and Brian have demonstrated that they work really well on "The X-Factor," where the duo have come up with some impressive choreography and concepts for Paula’s groups InTensity and the Stereo Hogz. And now that both groups have been knocked out of the show, Paula and Friedman will have space in their schedules to collaborate with Gaga.
